The Adrian Chamber Brass is composed of Lenawee County musicians Howard Stukey, Ted Adams and Paul Stanifer on trumpet, Gary Griffin on French horn, Richard Barber on trombone, Robert Tuttle on euphonium and Michael Pratt on tuba.

 Georgette J. Shulters 

ADRIAN — Georgette J. Shulters, age 85, of Adrian died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010, at Bixby Medical Center.

She was born on May 24, 1925, in Detroit to Arthur and Bertha (Van Torre) Sinnaeve.

On Jan. 3, 1957, Georgette married Thomas Shulters in Angola, Ind., and he survives.

Georgette was a member of the Moose Lodge 1034 where she held the position of Senior Regent for the Women’s Auxiliary. She loved to garden and was an avid golfer and bowler.

In addition to her husband, Georgette is survived by four daughters, Michele (Dave) Gore of Pinckney, Mich., Jackie (Frank Coppel) Shulters of Woodland, Calif., Stephany (Todd) Coyle of Oceanside, Calif., and Sherry Norman of Milan, Mich.; one brother, George (Dolores) Sinnaeve; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services for Georgette will be held on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010m at 1 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. Cremation will follow the services. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 7 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian.
