Program Booklet Ads

 

 

Dear fellow Alumni,

In an effort to make our upcoming event in Waikiki, Hawaii and future events a success, we are asking Alumnis to Please make a monetary donation towards a “Shout-Out Ad,” which will be placed in a program/souvenir booklet in the making. Shout-Out Ads will allow Alumni and class members to have significant representation in the booklet. Class members who cannot attend our current reunion are encouraged to buy ads. Here are a few notes about our Multi-Class Reunion Souvenir Booklet:
 

· Booklet will be 8 ½ x 11 bounded with outside cover in color.

· Inside pages will be in black and white

· Profit will go toward total amount of this year’s reunion event expenses and future multi-class events.

· Shout-out ads are very popular.

· Ad pages will be printed and/or mailed with “Thank You” letters for your support.

· Extra booklets will be sold if available.

· Submit camera ready photos electronically in jpeg format, on a disk, or hard copy via USPS.

· Hard copies of photos must include subject identification on back

· We reserve the right to edit all written content and keep photos.

 

Your monetary donation will assist both the present and future committee members to plan a fun-filled packed event. Alumni members attending the upcoming Hawaii event will be presented with a copy of the program/souvenir booklets, while non-attendees who have donated toward the souvenir booklet will have a copy sent to their home mailing addresses. Again, we encourage you to participate by filling out the information below and sending your monetary donations to the addresses provided. Thank you.
