 Hello SAH Class of 90!

In lieu of the reunion, please come by "One Hundred Laurens" this coming Friday night, November 26th. One Hundred Laurens is located on the corner of Laurens Street and Richland Avenue (right across from Aiken Drug), downtown Aiken.

There isn't anything organized, it's simply a place to meet if you'd still like to get together and see some familiar faces. The timing is also flexible. 7:30pm until....

It is with great disappointment that we are informing you that our 20th Class Reunion has been canceled.
 
While we are reluctant to cancel the reunion, lack of classmate interest and participation has forced us to do so. 24 classmates confirmed their attendance through advance payment. An additional 11 classmates expressed a verbal commitment that they would attend, but did not submit their payment to confirm attendance.
 
We have tried our best to plan a festive, yet affordable reunion. With all of the fees that are necessary for the party’s building rental, catering, beverage service, DJ, decorations and website, we unfortunately cannot afford to move forward at this point.  It is too big of a risk for the reunion organizers to incur those charges without all of the money to pay for them.
 
Thank you to those that did express an interest and sent in your payment. We appreciate your Class of '90 Thoroughbred spirit! Your checks will be returned to you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to your Thanksgiving travel plans.
 
We would appreciate your feedback as to what we can do to encourage better participation in 2015…our 25th class reunion!!

Please provide feedback via this website or the South Aiken Class of 1990 Facebook page as to what you'd like to see happen for our next milestone year...2015...25 years.

It would be helpful to know what time of year is best for you, cost per person you're willing to spend and your overall interest in attending.
