CAMPUS-TO-CAMPUS MOVEMENT
The YPAC Foundation’s youth education initiatives were inspired by a mission to expose youth to new opportunities
through the creative organization. Over the past years, the program has broadened its focus to include the Dreamer’s & Believers Youth Mentoring Program & Summit, Conference,Camp and creating job-training experiences for youth.
The Youth Mentoring Program, currently has more than 60 students ranging from 18 to 29 years of age. A dedicated team of volunteers, coaches, mentors, and instructors work throughout the year to make a difference, one child at a time. In addition to monthly mentoring sessions, the students participate in cultural field trips, community service projects, and social outings. Each summer, the students attend The Dreamers & Believers Summer Camp where they travel away from the daily cares of the city for a one-week summer camp experience. During camp, the students enjoy campfires, water activities, yoga, trust walks, team-building and of course, creative skills.
New this year is our campus readiness program for students entering the university. Counselors and college admission experts will lead monthly meetings to help the college-bound students and their parents navigate the post-secondary school process. Through this effort, the students will participate in preparatory courses, admission essay writing workshops, college tours, and scholarship strategies.
AND NOW * YPAC Foundation have partnered to launch the YPAC CAMPUS CLUB – an exciting new initiative to advance innovation and quality of youths in the campus globally. The YPAC CAMPUS CLUB will invest in visionary young people who will lead the CAMPUS CLUB movement for the next generation. The Youn peoples attitude Club use their enthusiasm and commitment to encourage young people to enjoy the YPAC subjects. We open the doors to a world of opportunities and possibilities which come from pursuing YPAC subjects and careers.
YPAC Ambassadors not only inspire young people, they also support teachers in the classroom by explaining current applications of YPAC in industry or research.
YPAC Ambassadors contribute to their local community and at the same time boost their own professional skills, experience and confidence.
