ASH 10-Year Reunion: Schedule of Events

*Events in purple are just for the Class of 1999 and our friends and family

*Events in gold are in conjunction with the 40th Anniversary of ASH festivities

Thursday, October 1st

Homecoming Parade (Time: 6:30pm)

Homecoming parade featuring alumni, including past homecoming queens. Starts at the old Sally's Grocery at the corner of Jackson Street Extension and Wimbledon Boulevard and ends at ASH Parking Lot, followed by bonfire and pep rally.

Homecoming Bonfire (Place: Outside of Trojan Stadium / Time: Following Parade)

Friday, October 2nd
Homecoming Pep Rally
Time: TBA
Place: Alexandria Senior High School Stadium or Gym (Depending on the Weather & attendees)

Tailgate and ASH Homecoming Football Game
When: Tailgate at 5 PM; Homecoming Football Game at 7 PM

Where: Jordan Milliner’s house (Maureen St)

Class Picnic
When: 12 PM to 2 PM
Date: Saturday, October 3, 2009
Where: ASH Practice Football Field (If it rains, we will be in the gym.)
Attire: Casual
Details: Children and families welcome.
We will provide hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch.  Please bring a side dish or a dessert! Also, please bring lawn chairs and/or picnic blankets!
Golf Event
When: Various morning tee times will be reserved
Where: Oak Wing Golf Club (at England Air Park)
Details: Golfers will pay their green fee out-of-pocket, but there is a 10% discount for members of the ASH Class of 1999. Please contact ashclassof1999@gmail.com or email the administrator for more information.

Alexandria Senior High School 5K Run
Time: TBA

Reunion Party!
When: 8 PM to Midnight
Date: Saturday, October 3, 2009
Where: Alexandria Convention Hall (inside City Hall), 915 Third Street, Alexandria, LA
Attire: Cocktail

Details: Buffet-style dinner and open bar. Tickets to the event are available for purchase on this website.  Ticket proceeds will cover food, open bar and entertainment.

How to Buy Tickets:

You can purchase tickets for the reunion on this website or b ysending a check to ASH Class of 1999, P.O. Box 12053, Alexandria, LA 71315-2053.  If you choose to purchase online, you can do so by scrolling down to the "Items for Sale" tab. 

The ticket price includes entertainment, open bar, and buffet-style dinner s at the reunion party, attendance of the picnic and drinks at the tailgate. The golf event is not included in the ticket price. 

Tickets are $42 per person and $79 per couple.  YOU MUST PURCHASE A REUNION TICKET TO ATTEND THE REUNION WEEKEND EVENTS.

When you purchase your tickets, please indicate which events you are planning to attend. If you purchase by check, please do so by including a note with your check that includes your name, your spouse or guest’s name and the number of children, if any, attending the picnic. If you purchase by credit card, please do so adding an "RSVP" for each event to your check out cart.  The RSVPs are free, but you will not be able to attend any of the events if you do not purchase a REUNION TICKET.  The RSVPs are purely for our planning purposes, so that we can determine how many people to expect at each event.
