Anita was so excited about this upcoming reunion and we had the opportunity to reconnect on facebook prior to her death.  I saw that she had struggled in this life and felt a kindred spirit with her because of it.  I was/am so saddened to hear of her passing.  She was moving forward in life with so much hope and plans.  I was truly looking forward to the reunion to see her again.  Anita..I think of you so often with great admiration for all that you were accomplishing and wish you heartfelt peace and love.  You will be missed.

Anita was my best friend from 3rd grade at St. Mary's in Allison Park until we went off to the Zoo, then Hampton High together.  She made me laugh, cry and get into much trouble.  She help to mold who I am today.  I practically lived at her house with her sister Bobbi and her parents. I can still picture her small room with a zillion dolls in cases from all around the world.  Her Dad Fergie was a pilot and traveled alot but would return with a doll for Anita.

I physically got sick to hear the news of Anita.  Makes me very sad we cannot  see each other and laugh til our stomachs hurt.
