Geraldine Kay (Johnson) Pokorzynski, 66, of Alpena, MI, died unexpectedly at MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena on June 9, 2017. 

Jeri was born on Nov. 12, 1950 in Grayling, MI to William and Adeline (McPhee) Johnson. 

She is survived by her best friend and companion, Matty; a daughter Paula (Brad) Sides of Gaylord, MI; five grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three siblings as well as neices and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick. 

Visitation for Jeri was held at McWilliams Funeral Home-Alpena, on Wed. June 14, 2017.
