Terrance J. Rochefort, age 64, died on Wed., January 15, 2014 at Alpena Regional Medical Center.

Terry was born in Escanaba, MI on December 28, 1949 to Stanley and Doris Rochefort.  On August 7, 1999, he married Karen McCready.  Mr. Rochefort was a commercial fisherman and operated Rochefort Fishery until illness caused his retirement in 2009.  He enjoyed recreational fishing and serving the Lord.

He is survived by his wife, Karen; three stepchildren, Bryon Casler, Connie Casler, Kristina Casler; 10 step grandchildren; on step-great grandchild; his mother, Doris; brother, David (Laurie); sister, Brenda Marie (Thomas) Schmanski; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his father Stanley, and a step-granddaughter.

Vistation will be held at the Bannan Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, from 2-8 pm and where the funeral service will be Saturday at 2 pm with Rev. Gary Smith and Phil Prieur officiatiting.

He will be buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
