Jane M. Polutnik (Thompson), 63, of Sheffield Village, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 11, 2013. She was born June 25, 1950, in Alpena, Michigan to George & Dorothy Thompson.
She attended St. Joes School of Nursing, where she met her soulmate of almost 42 years, John Polutnik of Elyria. She married John on September 25, 1971, and together they raised three wonderful children.
Internment took place at Calvary Cemetary in Lorain, Michigan.

Jane and I were second cousins and attended 8 years of elementary school together at St. Mary's.
Her mom, Dorothy, told me that Dorothy's mom and my grandma Kelly (my dad's mother) were sisters.
I never knew that until she told me. Rest in peace, Jane
