William Lynn Wedge Jr., 65, of Alpena passed away on August 12, 2015 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. 

William was born on March 24, 1950 in Jackson, son of the late William and Lorna Wedge.  He married Nancy Kreft on Oct. 1, 1977.  He worked at Huron Portland Cement, Glawe's, Presque Isle Lafarge, retiring in 2013.

William was a member of Buck City Hunt Club for 39 years and loved the outdoors.

He is survivied by his wife, Nancy, two children, Ashley (Garry Wright) Wedge, and Ben (Chelsey) Wedge and step-mother, Doreen Wedge. 

Inurnment: First Congregational United Church of Christ Columbarium.
