Sgt.-E5-Army Thomas Paul Smith was born on Feb. 23, 1950 in Alpena, MI and died on Sept. 06, 1970 in Quang Tin, South Vietnam from ground casualty wounds received in war. 

Body was recovered and Paul is laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Alpena, MI.
