Ronald David Ludlow, 68, of Alpena, MI went to his eternal home on Monday, April 30, 2018, surrounded by his family at MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena. 

Ron was born on May 1, 1949, in Alpena to Miles and Betty (Richard) Ludlow.  He graduated from Alpena High School and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1970 to 1972.  Ron operated Ludlow Sales Ice Company and retired from Panel Processing.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and helping others. 

Ron is survived by his son, Eric (Emily) Ludlow; granddaughter, Harper; mother, Betty; sister, Jane (Tom) Towne; brothers, Philip (Kathleen) Ludlow; Brian Ludlow; and several nieces and nephews. 

Ron was preceded in death by his father, Miles Ludlow.

Visitation was at Bannan Funeral Home and Interment is in Holy Cross Cemetery.
