James W. “Jim” Morning, 65, died Sunday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Edna Mae and Thomas Morning. Surviving are his wife, Trudy; and two brothers: Thomas (Pat) and Michael, both of Altoona; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by five sisters: Barbara, Judy, Sylvia, Susan and Bonnie. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

James was in a few classes with me, I really didn't get to know him that well, he was a quiet guy never caused any trouble and seemed to be a guy that if you got to know him he would have been a good friend to have.God bless his family and comfort them in this time of their loss.
