Such a sweet guy. I'm sure he is missed by family. This is one classmate who misses him.

Donald R. Noon, 54, of Woodman Road, South Hampton died Friday evening at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, after a long illness.
Born in Haverhill on Dec. 16, 1950, he was the son of Anthony Noon Sr. of Amesbury and the late Virginia (Kimball) Noon. He was the husband of Pamela (Gleed) Noon to whom he was married for 34 years; they had been together for 41 years.
He was raised on Main Street in Amesbury and attended Amesbury Schools, and enjoyed high school sports and skiing. He was a graduate of Calhoun Institute of Engineering, Baltimore. In 1972 he traveled the world as a merchant marine. He sailed as 2nd assistant engineer on U.S. merchant vessels for 17 years.
He always preferred to be at home with his family and for many years enjoyed his three children's participation in Amesbury High School sports. He was a jack-of-all-trades and had the patience to teach how to do it.
Besides his wife and father, he is survived by one son, David Noon and his wife, Charlotte Berndtson, of Newmarket, NH; two daughters, Pamela Fournier and her husband, Daryl, of Amesbury and Laura Noon and her fiance, Kevin Shute, of south Hampton; four brothers, Anthony Noon Jr. and his wife Paula, of Newton, N.H., Michael "Ralph" noon of Amesbury, Stephen Noon and his wife, Martha, of Amesbury, and John Noon and his wife, Linda, of Spain; three sisters, Jane Noon-Durgin and her husband, William, of Candia, NH, Virginia Noon and her husband, Sidi Boyah, of Mauritania, Africa, and Kristen Noon-Batmaca and her husband, Murat, of Newburyport; three grandchildren, Spencer and Gillian Fournier, and Jack Noon; two grandchildren expected the the spring; and many nephews.
