Born July 9, 1957, Passed August 20, 1990.  He moved to Plano, TX, just north of Dallas, after getting out of school and lived there until his death.  His final resting place is St. Mark's Cemetery.  Neal was known by friends as Kinky, named after his naturally curly hair.  His friendly joking nature was fed by his innate sense of humor.
