Linda Crandall Rawson, 60 of Arnold, passed away at her home 18 July 2011 after a 4 year battle with breast cancer. She was born Abroad on July 7th 1951 in La Paz Bolivia to the late Gilbert A. and Nora E. Crandall.

Linda married her husband of 34 years Frank Francis Rawson Jr. on July 7th, 1977.

Linda worked for the state of Maryland for 33 years with the Department of Natural Resources and the Maryland State Police at Annapolis Barrack and Executive Protection. Serving Governor’s William Donald Schaefer, Parris N. Glendening, Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. and Martin O’Malley. Linda retired from the state of Maryland in May, 2007.

Linda was very active and loved reading, walking, exercising, gardening, boating, crabbing, fishing, traveling to the Caribbean, spending time with her grandchildren and most of all being with her husband.

Linda is survived by her husband Frank Francis Rawson of Arnold, daughter Nora Lynn Rawson of Annapolis, two sons Benjamin Lubbehusen of Columbia, Christopher M. Crandall of Annapolis, and two step sons Frank F. Rawson III of Saylorsburg, PA, Robert S. Rawson of Wind Gap PA, nine Grandchildren and her lovable dog Tahlula.

Nancy Elizabeth Wood (Hamilton)

Linda was my great friend. Don't know what we were planning at my house this day but sure it was something good. I truly regret losing touch with her when  I moved away from Annapolis.  - N
