Elaine Cardwell Graybeal

Went to Tennessee Temple Univ., music major. Married Phil Graybeal (Oxford HS '71) in 1976. We lived in Roanoke, VA for 14 years, then moved to Greenville, SC in 1993. Music remains important to me - did a masters in piano (Hollins College '90) and in organ (Converse College '95), teach private lessons, church music. After 22 years as head of school of two Christian schools, Phil opened his own consulting firm and does board governance training for Christian organizations. He travels a lot, and I go with him when it's a neat place :) I enjoy reading, crocheting, running 5K races, yard work, and spending time with our kids and grandson when they're in town. We're excited that we'll have two new granchildren in 2009!
