Steven Geoffrey Hoyt VIEW PROFILE

Sad news about classmate Steven Geoffrey Hoyt reported by Bob Robert B. Gunderson "I'm absolutely floored. I just found out that my life long friend, Steven Geoffrey Hoyt passed away sometime in mid June at his hotel in Cuyutlán, Mexico.
Geoff and I have known each other since 1958, when I was six and he was nine. He had the first Fender Stratocaster I had ever seen. I vividly remember him opening the case to reveal a beautiful sunburst cradled in the bright orange liner. We waited for the school bus at the end of my street and developed a solid life long bond. He was my brother and he called me, "The brother I never wanted".
Decades passed where we weren't connected. Thanks to Facebook, we reconnected and it was as if no time had passed at all. Our history is deep and of legend.
I will miss you, my Brother. I'm so thankful that we were able to reconnect. You will always be in my heart. Your little brother."
