This is Gail Hart, Steve’s wife of 51 years. Not sure if you are keeping track of who has passed away or not…should be interesting by now, though. Steve passed away in October of 2019 of pancreatic cancer…he had a good run…2 1/2 years with it, which is unusual….in which we just pulled up our big boy pants and traveled all over the place. About two weeks before he passed away….not knowing the end was near…we drove up the California coast one last time, and visited the house he grew up in in Menlo Park. The owner was there and was kind enough to give us a tour of the inside, which they had really upgraded. 

I went to Woodside High School and am still in contact with a couple of my friends from there….but the train is slowing down for all of us, isn’t it? I would just say to all….get out there and live life to the fullest while you still can….although that damn coronavirus has really robbed all of us of a few good years of travel. So, gather family close and fill your days with joy
