Welcome to the Offical

Class of 1958 Reunion Website

Class Fundraising Goal: $40,000

Class Count: 54

Participation Rate of 30%: Need 16 Donors

Greetings Morehouse College Alumnus;

The dates are May 16-19, 2018! We, as members of the Class of 1958, will celebrate our 60th t Reunion year and join the other classes in Reunion at Dear Ole Morehouse. The intent of this communication is to initiate the mindset that WE WILL BE THERE. This is certainly a Milestone event…one that most of us never thought we would witness as we crossed the stage in the New Gymnasium (now Archer Hall) to receive our degrees.

As usual, Classes in Reunion have the opportunity for celebration and remembrance. The celebration aspect is always easy as plenty of activities are planned for fellowshipping and having a good time. The remembrance aspect is more challenging. It provides the opportunity to reflect on the role Morehouse College had in our educational development and its impact upon our personal and professional lives. Remembrance at Reunion times is deeply rooted in the expectation that alumni will “give something back”. It is the time to “stand up and
be counted”. Please come prepared to “dig deep”. The Class of 1958 must be physically and financially well represented when the classes report. Let’s think in the range of $100 for each year!!!  Too much???  PLEASE DO WHAT YOU CAN!! It’s your call…just give as much as you can.

We look forward to seeing you during Reunion weekend.
