Kellie gave me my last haircut before I left Iowa. She was working out of a little shop in Iowa City, east of downtown. She was pretty good. My regular hairdresser for about a year. It was always a pleasure to sit in her chair.

Kellie died 2 years ago from cancer. She fought cancer once and won but the second time it had a very sad outcome.

I didn't know Kellie passed away. Mitch told me she was a hairdresser, I'm sure he would have filled me in had he not also been taken too early.
I have fond memories of her sassy way of keeping us entertained. Prayers and hugs to her family from a long lost friend.
