Comments:

After graduation, I went to Jeff Davis on a tennis scholarship. Learned ALOT there along with my team mates!! Graduated from USA with a degree in psychology. For the past twenty years I've worked in the disabilities field. I've worked in Birmingham, Mobile, Montgomery, and Prattville. My favorite job was as Program Director for an Early Intervention Program. I loved working with the babies. Unfortunately, the pay was pretty bad so I moved on to working with the Alabama Council for Developmental Disabilities and have been there for 8 yrs. They actually hired me when I was 7 months pregnant with Caleb so it's pretty easy to remember how long I've been there!

I married the love of my life 12 years ago and we currently live in Clanton. After he retired from the Air Force, he got a job in Birmingham and mine was in Montgomery so Clanton is right in the middle. For some reason we are the youth director at our church. I now have lots of reasons to fear my child becoming a teenager!!

School Story:

There are way too many band bus stories to even begin to tell. All of them always include Lisa and Lana. Bless Mr. Lambert's heart! Being a majorette and freezing at the footballs games during half time is always fun to remember!! Thank goodness I could twirl because I sucked swampwater on the flute!!

Being on the tennis team was great fun. I remember Ms. Warren said if we beat a certain team she would put on make-up and curl her hair. We did and she did, it definitely didn't look like Ms. Warren!

Struggling through algebra III wasn't too fun, at least I had Randy and Tina in there with me!!

I remember borrowing my parents car, picking up Cathy Lalak and driving around the Ponderosa. I let her drive the car and she hit a parked car denting the driver's side door. I freaked out and told her to SLOWLY back up, turn the steering wheel. She did and hit it again!! I took the car home and acted like nothing happened. It took a while for my parents to "notice" the dented/scratched door. I have since confessed!
