Kimberly Kalet - Class Of 1976

 

PORT BYRON | Kimberly D. Kalet, 55, of Port Byron, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, after a long illness. Born in Auburn on July 19, 1957, Kim was the son of David and Nan (Hunt) Kalet. He was a graduate of Auburn High School, Class of 1976 and Cayuga Community College. He was employed locally by numerous agencies as an electrician and plumber. He was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church of Auburn.

Kim is survived by his daughter, Amber Kalet (Shaun Gallagher) and his son, David Kalet, of Auburn; a granddaughter, Kimberly and a grandson, Jayden. He is also survived by two brothers, Joseph (Sue), of Skaneateles and Jeremiah (Anne), of Alexandria, Va.; two sisters, Debby (Lynn) Kuney, of Montville, N.J. and Cassie Kalet (Joe Clare), of Auburn; nieces and nephews, Joe Kalet, Gabrielle Kalet, Ashley, AJ, Eli, and Brian Petrosino.

Kim was predeceased by his parents and his daughter, Melissa Kalet.

Funeral arrangements are being held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
