Louanne Kaye BRIGGS Louanne Kaye Briggs began life on April 29, 1956. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family on January 4, 2012, at age 55. She bravely battled brain disease her entire life. Louanne spent most of her life in the Auburn area. She graduated in 1974 from Auburn Senior High School. As a young girl she was a member of the Girl Scouts. She loved listening to music, her favorite genre was classic country. She is survived by her father Richard Briggs, her siblings Dianne Briggs (Zachary), Bob and Laura Briggs (Robert, April, Amy), Sherry and Keith Hagerty (Gina, Mitch), Kelly and Rick Muttart (Katie, Rickey), Sue and Rob Risley (McKenna), Georgie Logan (Ryan, Ricky). She is also survived by Sidney (Squid) Gariano her care giver for the past two years. Louanne was also loved by her many Aunts, Uncles, great nieces, great nephews and all her cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Loretta Briggs and her nephew Jayson Briggs in 2009. We extend a heartfelt thank you for the kindness and care given Louanne and our family, by Childrens Hospital, Franciscan Hospice and her many doctors at the University of Washington Medical Center.
