Reconnected with classmates in cyberspace in 2001 or earlier, starting with a handful classmates. Our class list has increased to 23.


Attended the school reunion in San Francisco with my siblings Edna and Albemar and our late Mom "Meling" and our foster brother Peace Corps Volunteer Gerry and his wife Lilah Heckelman( from Michigan). My first time to reconnect with classmates since HS graduation.

Reconnected with classmates at the 2000 Homecoming in Bayombong with over 35 classmates attending, and many teachers to include Mr. Alberto Genato our guest speaker.

Helped organise our first-ever NVHS Class '65 reunion in Bayombong in April 2006.

Reconnected with few classmates in my US trip in 2005 and 2007.

Might be involved with another NVHS Grand reunion where Class '65 will be one of the hosts.

* My partner at our Rigodon dance was late mario Simangan

* We walked to and from Solano to watch "The Longest Day" movie

* We enjoyed picnics beside the Magat River ( Paitan?) and also at the Dadufalza ranch.

* Some boys would walk up to our house at Bangan Hill to have a drink of water, or was it to see me? (^-^)

* Enjoyed birthdays when we would be called on stage and we would get flowers, or leaves.

* Late Manang Etring made us look great with her skill using "beer" to keep our hairs in place all night during school proms.


* Only one classmate wore "bra" in my time, it was I think "NOT ON" to have one.

* We boiled candles and kerosene, and waxed our room and hallway with it. Scrubbed the floor to perfection!

*We had a school combo and the bass was made of used US-jeepney gas-tank.

* Our green skirts were "starched" at all times, and I wore funny-looking "bloomers."

* I directed some short plays musicals- Romeo N Juliet;Old Woman, etc.

* Very much involved with Magat Leaf, NVHS School Band, the School Government, social clubs, Girl Scout, etc.

I am organising a Pre-Med reunion in 2009 and will not be able to go to the forthcoming reunion BUT will try to attend future reunins after '09.
