On Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, Beatrice Neubert Kinsler went to be with the Lord and her family that had preceded her in death at Raleigh General Hospital. She was 51 years of age. Born Beatrice Lee Neubert on Feb. 26, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Austin “Dutch” and Maggie Neubert. Bea spent her childhood at Mabscott. She was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Class of 1973. A homemaker, she was of the Christian faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Kinsler, and a brother, Millard Basham. Bea was the beloved mother of Krystal Burgess of Mabscott, Christopher Burgess and his wife, Anita, of Victor and Nick Burgess and his wife, Priscilla, of Crab Orchard; loving grandmother of five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and the dear sister of Charles Neubert and his wife Zona. She is also survived by her aunt, Jackie Withrow; and four nephews, Shane Neubert, James, Bill and Irvin Basham; and her fiance, John P. Martin. Service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Melton Mortuary Chapel, Beckley. Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Mount Tabor. Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the mortuary and one hour before service Tuesday. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers. Arrangements by Melton Mortuary, Beckley.
