Larry Wayne Tucker, age 56, of Beckley, WV, entered Heaven's gate on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at his home following a massive heart attack.

Born on November 15, 1959, in Beckley, he leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his parents, Jessie and Pauline Jones Tucker of Beckley, his brother Rick and his wife Patti Tucker of Bristol, Virginia, Nephews: Joe and wife Elaine Tucker of Marion, Virginia, Chad and wife Samantha Tucker of Bristol, Virginia, and adoring great-nieces, Addison, Hannnah, and Ava Tucker; aunts, uncles, cousins, and very dear friends that touched his life in a special way.

Larry was the drummer for Piney Creek Canyon Band, and Illusionary Field Unit. He also enjoyed racing and being with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Oscar and Daisy Jones, and W.C. and Mabel Tucker.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Sunday, December 27, 2015, at 3 p.m. with Pastor John Prichard officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Joe and Chad Tucker, John Ashley, Jimmy Pino, Greg Cullop, David Waddell, C.J. Fortner, and Brian O'Dell.
