Judith Ann Meador Richards, age 51, of MacArthur, departed this life Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, at her home. Born Oct. 19, 1957 in Beckley, she was the daughter of Robert Meador of MacArthur and Drema Norris Donaghue of Beckley. Judith was a 1975 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, and held various jobs in the area, the last being Telespectrum Worldwide. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Oley and Eva Meador; maternal grandparents, George and Ruby Norris; and step father, Michael Donaghue. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Stacie Wilson and husband Robert of Slab Fork and Heather Blake and husband Jeff of Crab Orchard; a sister, Cheryl Fairchild and husband Jack of Beckley; a brother, Doug Meador and wife Crystal of Shady Spring; four grandchildren, Taylor Parker, Nicholas Blake, Natalie Blake, and Brookelyn Wilson; two nephews, Jeremy and Justin Fairchild; two nieces, Ashleigh and Kristen Meador; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley with Minister Lee Blackburn officiating. Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
