Edward was born on December 19, 1956 and passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016. Edward was a resident of Beckley, West Virginia at the time of his passing. He was a 1974 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He was a 1978 graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with concentrations in psychology and sociology. He was married to Lynn. Services will be held at Meltons Mortuary. Viewing will be from 6-9 pm on Friday December 2nd. Funeral Services will be on Saturday December 3rd at noon in the Melton Mortuary Chapel. Memorial gifts to: The N. Joe Alice Rahall Fund at Beckley Area Foundation or the Beckley Presbyterian Church.
