Vickie Elizabeth Baird Soltes, 64, of Beckley died on December 29, 2017. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 2, at 10:30 am at St. Francis de Sales Church. The Rite of Committal will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday morning at 9:30 am at the church.
