Becky Ann Farley, age 58, of Cool Ridge, WV, passed away at her home on Friday, December 23, 2011, following a long illness.

Born on August 12, 1953, at Piney View, WV, she was the daughter of the late Paul Bennett and Thelma Biars Bennett.

Becky was an employee of the National Mine Academy where she worked as a library technician, and had made her home at Cool Ridge for most of her adult life.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Becky was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her husband of nearly 30 years, Roy E. Farley.

Three children: Mandy Marroquin, Samantha Farley, and Matthew Farley all of Cool Ridge, WV. Five stepchildren: Tammy Dickerson of Atlanta, Ga., Patricia Shrewsberry of Glen Morgan, Roy Farley Jr. of Marietta, Ohio, Marvin Farley of Cool Ridge, and Pamela Feathers of Morgantown, WV.

Two grandchildren, Tyler Pierce, and Tiffany Pierce, several stepgrandchildren, and stepgreat-grandchildren.

Two sisters, Margaret Wheeler of Trezevant, Tennessee, and Pauline McGregor of Minnesota.

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted to Celebrate The Life Of Becky Ann Farley at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel on Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Orville Setliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Farley Cemetery at Cool Ridge, WV. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
