Survived By: Wife, Jeannie McMillion Manning of 35 years, son, Michael Manning and wife Amanda, daughter, Gina Manning and three grandchildren at the time of his death. Also three sisters-Gloria Page, Darlene Beckett, and Marlene Claypool.

Charlie was a wonderful loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a coal miner, machinist, and woodworker, being last employed by Allegheny Restoration and Builders, Inc. Charlie was an inspiration to the ones who knew him. He loved fishing, working in his wood shop and gardening. Charlie would want everyone to know that he had a wonderful miracle year battling his disease and that miracles do happen if you believe.
