Brenda - just wanted you to have this information. Sonny passed away on May 26, 2001 in Everglades City, FL from a second major heart attack. His first heart attack was in November 1994. He spent his last day on this Earth doing exactly what he loved to do best - fishing for snook in Chokoluskee. All of us (his family) still miss him very much!!
