When I completed graduate school at the University of Georgia in 1975, I moved to the Middle East. I had a school for an American company in Abu Dhabi and taught at Bahrain University for six years. I then moved to Paris. In 1987 I moved to Mexico, where I now live. In addition to owning a cooking school in Mexico, I also lead trips to Morocco and soon to several other destinations.
