07/30/08 04:19 PM #1     Rick Schwartz hello all who participate on this site. it has been a long time, at this time i am unable to commit to attending the reunion but would like to get this forum running in way that would allow us to be better connected. I hope to see some other responses on here in the future.

Tara has worked so very hard on this site, and she has done an awesome job getting all of this put together in such a short time. It is a lot of fun seeing photos of all of our families and reconnecting with one another. If anyone has new ideas or suggestions for ways to improve this site, please don't be afraid to tell me. I will gladly welcome ALL ideas and suggestions! I decided to create a class website because I needed something to keep myself busy during my recovery from back surgery...and because Paula and I were in charge of heading up our next reunion. I had no idea what kind of response I would get, but I thought our class was close enough with each other, and of course curious enough to maybe at least check it out. I'm very excited to see how many people have joined so far and updated their profiles. It would be great if we could get 90% of our classmates updated before our 20th reunion. Keep watching...as this website changes almost daily! :)

09/10/08 10:10 PM #9     Greg Whightsil Ok I only spent a little over 4 years with this class. But I must admit that I couldn't have had a better group of people to spend my high school days with. Even though on my first day of class in 8th grade, the entire class got a detention for well let's just say you people were a rowdy bunch. We came a long way in those short years and I am glad I wasn't there for the full 12. I would have drove everyone nuts. Love ya all!!! Tara you did an excellent job...

09/29/08 08:36 PM #11     Andy Taylor I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT AND TELL EVERYONE WHO IS BEHIND THIS THAT I REALLY APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT ALTHOUGH I'M FAMILIAR WITH MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN THIS CLASS BUT I DID NOT GRADUATE WITH THE PEOPLE IN BEMENT CAUSE OF FAMILY MATTERS I WOULD HAVE! I DID FINISH IN 89 BUT DO THE ISSUES I HAD TO FINISH MY SCHOOL CAREER IN URBANA! BUT THERE IS A SPECIAL THANX OUT TO TARA AND EVERYONE ELSE BEHIND THE SCENES! I REALLY DO MISS ALL OF YOU AND APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN INVITED AND WOULD NOT PASS THIS UP FOR THE WORLD! I WILL BE TRAVELING OVER 700 MILES AWAY FOR THIS! I HOPE TO HEAR FROM THOSE WHO REMEMBER ME AND WOULD LOVE TO CATCH UP ON THE REAL GOOD OLD DAYS!

It has been exciting to see that some of you who attended grade school with us and some of our faculty have joined our site and are planning on attending the reunion! On that note, I hope everyone is enjoying the site. I am still having a lot of fun with it and always trying to think of ways to keep y'all coming back for more. I'd love to post more photos and clippings if you have any to share, especially our class pictures from grade school that we don't have yet, such as Mrs. Tuck's class, Mrs. Burgett's class, and any others that are missing. Do you have a creative mind? If you have any ideas for making our site more exciting and fun, please let me hear 'em! :) Any feedback from those using the Chat Room would be greatly appreciated too. If you know anyone who has not registered with our class, or on the other BHS class links, please help us get them to register!
