Margaret Elizabeth Hamilton of Cape May, N.J., formerly of Levittown, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012. She was 82.

She was an area resident for the past 17 years. Born in Bensalem, she graduated from Bensalem Township High School.

She was a bank teller for several banks in the Bucks County area.

She loved travelling, and dogs. She also was a devoted grandmother.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, George, on March 26, 2002; and her sister, Lillian Wallis.

She is survived by her loving son, Alvin and his wife, Beth Ann, of Newtown, Conn. She also leaves behind her loving granddaughters, Grace E., Paige M. and Blair C.; and niece, Sharon Alexander of Pennsylvania.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
