RITA DIANE HUGHES
GREENSBORO - Rita Diane Hughes, known as "Mommy Di" to her family and friends, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015, with her husband, niece Judi, children, and her faithful companion "Bandit" at her side.
She was the daughter of Dorothy and Frank Baez of Philadelphia. She has resided in Greensboro for the last fourteen years.
She is survived by her husband Jerry, her sister Jo Harkins (Bud), her son Bret, daughters Serena and Amanda, stepsons Michael, Timothy, Patrick and Jerry, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Interment and memorial are in the planning stages at this time, any testimonials and donations should be directed to the Northwest High School Marching Band, Greensboro, NC, in her name.

Diane was always a sweet girl. She was in many of my classes at St Charles Grade School, Ceceila Snyder Junior High and Bensalem High School. Rest in Peace Diane.
