Joseph Rishar of Plymouth Meeting Joseph F. Rishar passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 21, 2014 at age 68. Born in October 4, 1946 in Philadelphia, Joseph was the son of Florence and Francis J. Rishar. He resided in Plymouth Meeting, PA with his daughter Cathy Prado and her family. Joseph was the loving father of Karen Damm and her husband Martin, Michele Thompson and Cathy Prado and her husband Kenneth. He was the cherished grandfather of Michael Rishar, Nicholas Stricker, Joseph Stricker, Ashlyn Prado, Brooklyn Prado, Starlyn Prado and six other grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters Pat Oldham and Gerri Mondell, and one brother. Joseph proudly served our country in the US Army. He worked as an inspector for the Budd Co. and was a member of the Lower Providence Rod and Gun. He enjoyed target shooting with his grandsons and trying new restaurants with all of his grandchildren. He cherished the time spent with his grandchildren, holding them and sharing special moments with them. Relatives and friends are invited to Joseph's Life Celebration at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish of Norristown, 200 W. Germantown Pike on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 1-3 PM.
