After a long battle with breathing issues and declining health my father, Herbert Reginald Beavis (Reggie), passed away Monday morning April 24th 2023 at Medina Hospital.
His final moments were with my wife, Elena, at his side. He was moved from ICU to palliative care where he asked to be taken off the oxygen face mask in order to be comfortable and shortly passed away in peace.

Hi Bill, I'm sorry for your loss. I graduated with Herb, started in grade school at Central on Beech St. My Dad and herb's Dad Fred were best friends. We spent a lot of time at their orig house by the water tank and the house on Rocky River Drive. Was along time ago but we could have been friends even before school days. Herb and I used to cut Grass at Woodvale and we did do a lot of laughing together. My Dad used to say,many times, that Fred [ with his one arm], could do more than some with two! Watching him work affirmed that. I will remember Herb as one of the good guys....Prayers to you both. Marty Steinkamp
