Born 1/13/1943 Died 4/21/1997 Booker's Church Obituary noted that he was known as Porky, to his friends and family. While we were in high school he was nominated to the Berea Athletic Hall of Fame. He graduated from Kent State in 1965 where he excelled in football and was the co-captain of the football team.
Booker was also one of the founding members of People's Community Church where he held many church positions and was a member of the choir. He had a beautiful singing voice.
