Bridget and I sold Girl Scout cookies together and she taught me to knit.  Thanks Bridget my stash is still growing.

My thoughts are with Marcia's family as they experience her loss.  Marcia was a classmate that I felt I had something in common with during those crazy middle and high school years that I recall these many years removed.

Didn't know Richard well but remember him as a guy with lots of energy for life.  Ruth I can't help but feel close to your experience of sudden loss.  My husband and life partner in marriage for 47 years passed away several weeks ago from a fast growing brain tumor.  Thinking of you and your family as you chart a new course.

Eric lived down the street and around the corner from our house on Fourth Ave.  Funny the things you remember.  I recall visiting his house and being puzzled by this appliance called a microwave oven.  It was many years before I remember that technology being a common practice.

Even in those high school years, I remember Eric as a very intense and driven learner.  That intensity served him well throughout his life as demonstrated by his contributions to science and his church.  Glad to have known him and glad to have seen him at our 50th.  I felt a closeness to his health challenges since they had some similarities to those of my dad.  Sorry to hear of his passing.

Yes Melody was a special person and I can imagine her as an outstanding college professor.  I knew she was at Michigan State and wished I had  reached out reconnect with her during that time.  She seemed to be truely happy and could pass that feeling on to others in her presence.  Glad to see an updated picture of her.  She will be missed!!

Yes, he was giving me rabbit ears! I better get around to posting an updated picture of him, as he is a freshman in college now!
