According to Ancestry, Rex dies at the age of only 37 years.It states he was a long time resident of Berea Ohio, He was an in patient at Southwest Hospital when he passed. He also states he did not have an autopsy therefore he must have been ill at his time of death. It further states he never married and was a truck driver. He died January 4, 1990.
