Paul was born on May 25, 1953 in Greenville, Pennsylvania. He was married to Pamela Ann Middletow on January 8, 1977 in Gary Lake Indiana. He passed away on June 27, 1982 in Orange, California. I believe he may have attended Purdue University graduating in 1975 with a degree in aeronautic technology.
