According to veteran affair records, Frederick was born on February 6, 1953 and passed from this earth on October 11, 1974. It is unknown as to which branch he served but he had enlisted on September 20, 1971 and was honorably discharged on August 22, 1973. He is buried in Los Angeles National Cemetery, California.
