Noreen S. Trohan (nee Snider), 73, of Avon, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2020 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born October 24, 1946 in Cleveland, OH. She had been an Avon resident for the past 3 years moving from Vermilion. Noreen worked for Lorain County as an Administrative Assistant for the Children's Services in Lorain many years, retiring in 2010. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Vermilion. She is survived by her husband, James Trohan of Avon, OH; daughters, Julie (Maja) Trohan of Sagamore Hills and Jackie (Ryan) McCleery of Sunbury, OH; and her sister, Beverly Spikes of Berea. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Isabella Ruth (nee McElroy) Snider and her brother, Mark Snider. A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Riddle Funeral Home, 5345 South St., Vermilion, OH.
