Sandy Gutzman and I lived across the street  (Gibson Street) and started Fairwood together with our new lunch boxes.  Sandy and I were good friends and her family and mine were close.  Sandy was a sincerely nice person and my heart goes out to her family.  With a great deal of regret, I lost touch with Sandy.  I am sorry.

I am so sad to hear about Sandy.  I always remember running over to her house to play.  What a great friend she was.  Just doors down from Janet Wigert, and not far from Dr. Lechner's pool.  She will be deeply missed!

My sympathies to Sandy's family.  I remember being in Brownies together.  Her mother was one of the leaders.  I also remember at her house playing, they had 2 huge custom-made swings in the back yard.  You could swing really high!  Raebeth Blazek Costolo
