Reunion Meeting Agenda
1/24/2010 @ Homewood Library 2-6pm

I. Schedule of events- 3 days

a. Locations
i. Day 1- The Wine Loft (Business Casual attire, no kids,)
ii. Day 2- Grayson Valley Country Club (Main Event, Formal attire, no kids )
iii. Day 3- Class/Family Picnic (with possible evening Bowling) (children are allowed)
b. Dates
i. June 10-12 or
ii. July 15-17

II. Committee Selection
a. Family Day (To schedule: games, activities, etc. during the picnic.)
b. Pictures (Organize photos for all three day events to post to our class website, etc.)
c. Memorabilia (Organize souvenirs for class members.)

III. Cost of Reunion- $6,850 (this includes the entire reunion)

The cost of the reunion is split into two plans:
Plan A: Singles will pay: $80.00*.
Plan B: Couples (classmate and their spouse or domestic partner) will pay: $120.00*.

First payment is due 1/31/2010, which is $20.00 to secure venue. The remaining balance is due by April 30, 2010. Please send Cashier Checks or Money orders. We will be purchasing a P.O. Box soon; details will be issued at a later time. Refer to the class website for updates periodically.

IV. Additional Fees
Meal tickets will be issued for all three events. We will need the names and total of kids attending Family Day. One child is included in the above expenses for Family Day. For each additional child, a fee of $8.00 will be needed to cover their meal expense. Also, if you would like your kids or spouse to have a T-shirt, it is an additional $8.00 per person. The T-shirts are optional. Here is an example for a couple with 4 kids:
$120.00 reunion fee
$24.00 meal tickets for (3) kids
$8.00 T-shirt for spouse (Optional)
Total expenses for family: $152.00
