age 70 of Birmingham, passed away September 23, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie James Lowe, Sr. She is survived by daughters, Irma Burnett and Brunetta Robinson (Richard); sons, Willie James Lowe Jr. (LaQuita) and Roderick Lowe (Alicia); sisters, Virginia Brandy, Gwendolyn Jackson, Linda Parker (Reginald), and Erma Griggs; brother, Everie Watson, Jr.; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends. She was a member of New Grace Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be Saturday, Sept. 28, 11AM, at New Grace Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Elmwood Cemetery.. Obituary
