MELVIN L COX,  age 63, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010. He was a member of New Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Atlanta, GA. He was a graduate of Wenonah High School class of 1966. He was a US Army Veteran and former member of Bryant Chapel A.M.E. Church. He is survived by his daughter, Sojourner (David) Phillips; son, Rodney Cox; three sisters; one brother; five grandchildren; and other family members and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 28th at 1PM at Bryant Chapel A.M.E. Church with burial in Carver Cemetery. Bushelon Funeral Home, Inc. directing.  Obituary
