PATRICIA ANN HORNBUCKLE TATE, Age 61, of Birmingham, passed away Thurs., Nov. 10th. She was a member of Mt. Canaan Full Gospel Church where she served on the Usher's Ministry. Mrs. Tate was employed at UAB Medical Center for 12 years as a Psychiatric Assistant, and was a graduate of Wenonah High School. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Woodson (Zelig); son, Donovan Tate (Demetra); sisters, Minister Gloria H. Lewis (Robert), Odessa H. Franklin (Melvin) and Katrena L. Williams (Joe); brothers, Minister Craig (Donna) and James Hornbuckle, Jr. (Jean); grandchildren, Stacia, Xavian and Jayden Tate; devoted friend, Edgar Tate, Jr. and best friend, Lillie Marzette. Funeral service will be held on Sat., Nov. 19th at 11:00 AM from the church, 2725 24th Street S.W. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Viewing will be Fri. from 1-7 PM.
